In the Construction Industry we Provide the following services

Arbitration

Once appointed as an arbitrator we will arrange with the parties on the way forward, when submissions should be submitted, date for the hearing, which rules to follow, etc.

Our hourly rate is R1,500 per hour or R10,000 per working day (all rates excluding value added tax)

Adjudication

Once appointed as an adjudicator we will arrange with the parties on the way forward, when submissions should be submitted, which rules to follow, etc.


Our hourly rate is R1,500 per hour or R10,000 per working day (all rates excluding value added tax)

Mediation

Mediation should ideally not take longer than a day to reach either a settlement or agreement that the dispute should go to an adjudicator or arbitrator to decide.


Our fee to facilitate a mediation is R5,000 (excluding value added tax) per participant and will include the mediator's facilitation and assistance to draw up a settlement agreement once both participants have agreed on how to resolve their dispute.
Workshops \ Seminars

We can do bespoke workshop or seminars for you. We regularly have talks on the latest revisions of the JBCC, GCC, FIDIC or NEC contract suites and you can contact us to be invited to these talks. If clients want to draw up a bespoke contract or subcontract we can assist and advise to ensure that all aspects of the building environment are addressed. Our rates are negotiable and will differ with each contract. Please contact us for a quote.
