Johan completed Certificate and Construction Law courses in 2006. He obtained his LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration at the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland.

In 2015 he successfully completed the London School of Mediation course and has been mediator in construction and family mediations.

Quantity Surveyor

Johan is also a Professional Quantity Surveyor with more than 30 years of experience. He completed his BSc (QS) in 1989 at the University of Pretoria, South Africa.
